Week end break
Beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff were very welcoming from the start and always willing to help if required. The room was clean ,comfortable and well equipped. The SPA was great and we made full use of it both morning and evening. There are lots of activities to take part in .The food was excellent both morning and evening and we had our reserved table which we enjoyed the shows from as well. The break can be as relaxing or as active as you want.We will be returning.

Birthday away
We spent the weekend here with friends to celebrate a birthday. This new hotel is nearly 1 year old and has been built to a very high standard. The service level was excellent and the good was of an equal high standard. The entertainment made the weekend very enjoyable. The rooms are finished to an extremely high standard and very comfortable. We will return .

Relaxing
We stay at a Warner venue every year so have done many of them. The location and views were lovely and yes lots of money has been spent on it so well equipped and organised. Spa, gym and pool all great. Staff were able to answer questions but if you want a massage, book ahead of time. Rooms were as expected with lovely biscuits! Lots of places to sit with friends to chat and eat. The restaurant manager was wonderfully attentive and very passionate. He made a point of checking in with us and gave us a detailed guided tour of the food court. Can not fault the food, although my waistline can! Ice creams were fabulous! Entertainment was mediocre for our younger taste but artists were talented. Generally we have the dance floor to ourselves after 10 when most retire which we love, but this is the first venue we have been to that has switched off by 11.30. Historically we have been entertained until the early hours with requests being played. Staff were hard working and met our needs but apart from the lovely waitress and restaurant manager I didn’t feel truly welcomed! There is no obvious place to hold cases on the last day and this we found odd. I miss having my paper copy of ‘what’s on’ having to use the tv for the guide. As a group we like to plot our day together. I missed the usual dance classes- we have always found the ballet or salsa or line dancing fun as a group!
Overall, lovely venue and facilities, (shop not quite so big here) and excellent food with lovely rooms (some had to ask for pool towels and robes to be provided as not left in rooms). Did not have the usual feel of being welcomed and chatted to by staff, but again, they were pleasant enough just not in the same way as other Warner venues. Love the ‘food staff’- big shout out for them and the 21 year old waitress who served us some days!
